José-Louis Pagés is a physicist-engineer trained at EPFL, with a PhD in Nuclear Physics from the University of Lausanne, and a former CERN Fellow in the ECP Division. He combines a scientific mindset with high-level business acumen, further developed through a Senior Executive Program at Columbia Business School and an MSc in Finance from the UK’s Open University.
With a career bridging cutting-edge research, digital transformation, and financial innovation, José-Louis has held C-level and executive roles at leading global institutions—including IBM, HP, Deutsche Bank, and Union Bancaire Privée. He has steered major restructuring programs, IT transformations, and M\&A integrations across the banking and technology sectors.
Today, as CEO of Artos FS, a fintech bank in formation in Switzerland, and a partner in T4RL and the YFTP RAIF fund in Luxembourg, José-Louis is actively shaping the future of financial services. His focus spans blockchain applications, AI integration, and tokenization strategies, especially in high-impact domains such as talent investment and sustainable tech ventures.
